To select the proper size of ear-cuffs for snug fit take a millimeter ruler and measure space between your piercing hole and end of the ear in the direction you will be wearing ear-cuffs. Once you get the size in millimeters add 2.0mm and that will give you the size of the ear-cuff to purchase for. If you like loose fit, then add keep adding millimeters until you get desired size.
