ADJUSTABLE DESIGN: Ideally suited narrow to medium size feet. When you first get them the straps were a little tight, but have confidence in the strength of the materials. The woven fabric straps are somewhat adjustable in that the straps overlay each other rather than being all connected into one piece. So you can move the placement of the straps to sit higher or lower on your foot. After the first wear they stretched to a more comfortable fit. You can walk long distances in them.
