  • TARGETED STRETCH: This stretcher ONLY stretches the height of your shoes and will NOT affect the width. It helps relieve the pressure on top of your foot with tight fitting shoes. Once inserted into your shoes, take your time & go slow when stretching the instep of your footwear. Turn the knob slowly to start the process of the instep stretcher to avoid over stretching or damaging the stretcher. Once the targeted stretch has been achieved, we suggest leaving it for 8 hours or the following day.
