Some drive maybe need selection of the correct region, here is how to select it in windows system PC
1.connect usb drive with computer, after it recognized with computer, Select the icon and click the right button of mouse
2.Select properties--hardware---Select the usb drive---select properties in the lower right corner---- dvd area selection----and then choose correct region

FAQ
Q: Drive Not recognized when it connecting to my computer?

A:1.Please make sure that your computer is in enough power, connect the device to the USB port on the motherboard.
Avoid using USB hub or extension cable between drive and computer, NOT support tablets and TV, like Surface Series.
2. Mac pc, it will not display on your computer when you plug it to USB port, it will display after you put disc into drive and run it.
3. windows PC, please make sure connect well between usb port with your PC with enough power, windows PC will takes a few seconds to identify usb drive.
4. If you still can't see the blu-ray drive, please re-start your computer.
