  • Before using wireless CarPlay or Android Auto, ensure the following: 1. Turn off the hotspot on the phone you are about to connect. 2. Turn on the phone's Wi-Fi switch (but do not connect to any third-party Wi-Fi networks; simply keep the phone's Wi-Fi switch turned on). 3. Make sure there are no other previously connected phones that are using the box's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (if there are any, manually forget the phone's connection records or turn off the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi switch on the previously used phones).
  • The internet function of the box (e.g., connecting to your phone's hotspot to watch YouTube) cannot be used simultaneously with wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto because both of these functions require the box's Wi-Fi channel to transmit data. If you have two phones or a mobile Wi-Fi device, you can use one device to provide network connectivity to the box, while the other phone can be used to connect to the wireless functions.
