Horizontal Adapter Arm: The dual arm also can convert a single monitor mount into a dual monitor mount with the middle Mounting Holes plate. One thing needs to check is your existing mount's hole pattern is 75mm or 100mm.
Compatibility: The mount fits two monitors up to 27”, support weight up to 22lbs per arm, and Mounting Holes 75x75mm to 100x100mm. Can tilt +45°/-45°, swivel +15°/-15°, and rotate +180°/-180°. The adjustable distance between two Mounting Holes plates is 16 to 28.5 inch. (Note: With wall mounted, the tilt and swivel function will be more limited.)
