Special Features

  • There are 3 indicator lights on the board, 1 is the power indicator light, and the other 2 are the communication indicator lights.
  • This product is a Type-C to TTL serial port module, using CH340N USB bus adapter chip.
  • Because there is no serial port on our current computer, we generally use a USB to serial port module for only one purpose, to map the computer's USB port to a serial port.
  • The module directly outputs 5V voltage, but it can also be connected to the 3.3V pin of other devices for communication. For example, other CH340G serial port modules can be connected to send and receive data.
  • Before use, please confirm whether the TYPE-C cable has data transmission function.

Description

Pins & Pin Functions:
VCC: 5V Positive
GND: Negative Power Supply
RXD: Receive Data (voltage 5v during communication)
TXD: Send Data (voltage 5v during communication)
RST: Reset Pin

Module Use:
1. Connect 2 pieces of HW-234 according to the wiring diagram.
2. Open the serial port assistant, and set the software as shown in the figure below, select module 1 on one interface, and select module 2 on the other interface.
3. Click "Send", if both modules are normal, they can both send and receive data.
