This is the CPU Cooling Fan for the Latitude 3590, Inspir0n 15 (5570), and Inspir0n 17 (5770) laptops with the Discrete AMD Radeon Graphics.

If your PC fan is running very loud or not functioning then a replacement may be needed.

The fan uses an integrated flex cable to connect to the mainboard. The cable connects via 4-pin connector making it a plug and play replacement module, NO soldering is required.
