Steps:
1. Prepare the following 5 materials: cooling sheet + radiator + thermal grease + insulation pad + power supply
2. Apply the grease to the hot and cold side of the cooling plate
3. Install the cooling plate on the radiator and place the insulation pad in the middle
4. Locking screws, energizing, cooling
Note:
The heating surface must be dissipated during operation. It is strictly forbidden to energize for more than 2 seconds without heat dissipation!
To install the heat sink, be sure to apply thermal grease.
A heat sink or a water-cooling heat sink must be installed on the heat sink surface, otherwise it will burn out.
