❶1. Why can't I turn on the phone after connecting the cable?

a.Check the status of LED1, LED2, and LED3. LED3 flashes and all others are off, which means the game board is being initialized. When you need to use VGA mode, you need to make sure that 2 of SW3 is set to ON. When you need to use CGA mode, set 2 of SW3 to OFF

b.LED1, LED2, and LED3 are not on, you need to check whether the voltage of 12V and 5V is normal. PIN3 and PIN4 of JAMMA are 5V voltage, and PIN6 is 12V voltage

c.Check if the JAMMA connector is plugged in the wrong way

d.Check if the JAMMA plug is clean

❷Why can't I save the settings?

a.Check whether the 12V input is lower than 12V or higher than 12V

b.Check whether the 5V input is lower than 5V or higher than 5V

c.Check if you have modified the settings without pressing the start key to save. Press the start button to save successfully, the screen will display (setup OK)

❸Why is there no sound?

a.Check whether the 12V input is lower than 12V or higher than 12V

b.Check whether the U35 power amplifier chip is overheated

c.Whether to use 3.5mm audio output without connecting to an external power amplifier
