Delivery Details: We use DHL express service regularly but we reserve the right to use other service for some special case.

Terms of Sales: We provide warranty against any manufacturer defective such as dead-on arrival (DOA), lines, video failure, and backlight outage.

Items damaged by improper installation will not be covered by our warranty/ return policy.

Please for RMA for returning DOA item within 7 days, and the item shall be returned in its original condition.
