Factory Reset Steps:
1. Shut down
2. Unplug the power cord connected to the motherboard, 24 wires and 4 wires must be removed
3. Remove the battery
4. Reverse the battery
5. Wait 10 seconds
6. Install the battery normally
7. Connect power
