Silicon Power's MEC3M5E series M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Gen4x4 solid state disk is a storage device based on 3D NAND flash memory technology. MEC3M5E series DRAMless SSD with PCIe Gen 4 x 4 interface controller is designed for cost effective embedded system applications. MEC3M5E series supports up to 4 channels/ 16 Flash Chip Enable (CE). MEC3M5E series optimizes algorithm for wear-leveling to increase the lifespan of PCIe SSD effectively and applies Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) of Error Correction Code (ECC) circuitry to maintain data reliability.
