EXACT U.S. MILITARY CONSTRUCTION: The lightweight nylon fabric is woven tightly and has polyester batting to reinforce the quick-drying shell. The Poncho Liner also has eight pairs of tie cords around the perimeter to allow the Poncho Liner to be tied into the USGI Poncho (not included).
