【Application Instruction】 Length 0.69'' and width 2''. Fits sizes D and E, O2 oxygen tanks, and smaller tanks. When in use, put the oxygen cylinder into the sleeve. With the cylinder facing away from the backrest, hang the top strap over the push handle and secure the bottom strap to the wheelchair frame. Pull the strap taut to the desired size, then loosen the strap on one side so the tank is off-center.
