Ostomy life common sense:
1. Eat evenly, drink plenty of water, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Avoid eating too fast and swallowing air, chewing food slowly, avoid talking while eating, avoid eating too much at one time.
3. Avoid high fiber diets and prevent blockage of stoma.
4. The clothes are soft and comfortable.
5. Avoid work to increase abdominal pressure (such as extracting heavy objects)
6. Keep your mood happy

Directions for use
1. Installation method
1) Blow a little air into bag to avoid adhension.
2) Put the connecting flute into connecting flange of Ostomy baseplate, press from bottom
to up gradually. When hearing “clicking” sound, the bag has been installed on the wafer
safely.
3) Pull the bag to check whether connecting firmly.
Note: Before drainable bag is installed, the opening should be fold and sealed well, ensure
the opening does not leak.
2. Remove and replace method
1) Press the baseplate by one hand, another hand gently press small lug with fingertips
towards body, to open the clamping ring.
2) After opening the clamping ring, lift up ostomy bag, at the same time pull it from the
baseplate to take down bag. (If holding on the top of the bag by hand, it may be easy to
take down the baseplate.)
3. Empty and clean method for drainable type & urine type
1) Lift up drain outlet end and closed valve plug, pinch the drain outlet end.
2) Extract the sealer or pull out plug, loosen drain outlet and discharge excreta.
3) After finished, clean the Colostomy Pouches by clear water, then airing it under shady and cool, avoid
direct sunlight.
Note: Please discard the closed ostomy pouch with full excreta.
