Reuseable Hot Cold Therapy Ice Packs

COLD THERAPY -- Place the gel ice pack in freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until desired temperature is achieved, each gel pack provides best effect around 15-20 minutes of cold therapy relief.

HEAT THERAPY -- It is better to cover the packs with a wet towel before heating it in the microwave, start out by heating for 15-second intervals with intermediate fire until the pack reaches the desired temperature for comfortable application. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel-pack to even out the heat.
