ESENTA Lubricating Deodorant is a dual-action product that can be used for odor control and lubrication. However, if a person is only concerned about stool odor, the added benefit of lubricity should not cause issues, and vice versa. Spray will coat the pouch to prevent stool build up around the stoma that can compromise the seal and lead to potential leakage. In addition to neutralizing odor, Esenta lubricating deodorant is intended to be used to improve stool passage within ostomy pouches and is recommend for colostomies and ileostomies. Please consult your medical professional if you intend to use with a urostomy. ESENTA Lubricating Deodorant is water-based, made of natural ingredients and has no added colorant.
