INSTRUCTIONS:

Tips
There is no left or right crampon. They work on either foot making it easy to just grab one to put on. Boots are not included with these crampons. These work great on your favorite shoes or boots. No special boots are needed.
Not recommended for indoor use
Not recommended on hard surfaces like rocks, kitchen floors and bare pavement. The ice cleats work great on snow and ice but suck on other surfaces.
