  • ⅱ. Composition of Diamond Polising Kit: There are 9 PCS. It consists of a resin pad of 7 PCS, a backer pad with 5/8-11 threads of 1 PCS, and a drill connector for mounting to a drill of 5/8-11 of 1 PCS. The resin pad consists of grit 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000, which is the basic and optimal configuration for polishing the product. The method of installing the connector for the drill is described in the video. If it is mounted as the video, it will not be released during use.
  • ⅲ. Instruments available: polisher, various speed control angle grinders, drills, sanders, etc. can be used, but the important thing is that the speed RPM should not exceed 5000. This is because the resin pad is attached to Velcro without being fully fixed, so it may be separated if used at high speed. In particular, since the angle grinder has a speed of more than 10,000 RPM, please use an angle grinder that can control various speeds.
  • ⅳ. Instructions and Resin Pad Grit Use: Resin Pad Grit consists of 50,100,200,400,800,1500,3000. Resin pad grits 50 to 200 are used for grainding, decontamination and scratch remover. Depending on the depth of the scratch and the degree of contamination, it can be selected and used from grit 50 to 200. In general, it would be good to select and use grit number 50 or 100. Resin grit 400 to 3000 is the polishing stage. When polished sequentially, the surface hardness and gloss, smooth gradually increase.
  • ⅴ. Wet or dry: This resin pad is available in two ways, wet or dry, but DIAPICK TOOLS recommends wet rather than dry. In particular, Grit 400 to 3000 is recommended for wet use.
