It has held up extremely well and cuts just about most kind of rock, from the very soft petoskey stone fossils to hard jasper, petrified wood, geodes
​We don't recommend using this blade to cut too hard materials, such as: agate with a Morse hardness of 6-7. Because it is difficult to cut or the blade will be damaged quickly
A high concentration diamonds are crimped into the blade rim
More diamonds in the notched rim and a stiffer core make this blade cut faster and provide a long use-life
These blades work well with most lapidary materials and are a very affordable alternative to name brand blades
