Designed with the contractor and trade user in mind, the Trend Lock Jig makes fitting mortice sash locks, deadlocks, and latches into wooden doors a cinch, ensuring a perfect fit each and every time. The jig can be used on all doors from 34mm to 58mm thick and is easily set to the door using the centralising plate and altering the adjustable clamping bar. A set of 16 steel templates are supplied that cover a huge range of locks in common sizes from recognised manufacturers as well as many others.
Trend's Lock Jig uses a set of interchangeable templates and with a router will cut the mortise and face-plate recess for popular door locks.
