--- K35 tungsten carbide is a micro grain tungsten-cobalt alloy with an average cobalt content of 10%. The solid carbide drill bits has high hardness (91.5HRA), wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, good bending resistance and high heat resistance. Provides faster cutting speeds than other substrates and is harder but more brittle. Carbide material with good drilling properties ensures high working efficiency. Sharp spiral flutes provide fast, neat and smooth cuts. The spiral groove facilitates the export of metal chips, which saves time and effort in operation.
Useful Tips:
--- Keep cool and gentle when using. Not recommended for use with a hand drill (easy to shake, poor stability). If there is a problem with chip evacuation, go back in time and remove the chips. Be careful and control your CNC speed. Drill metal with high hardness, the rotational speed should be slower than normal drilling.
