Special reminder: 【 MODE Switching 】
When switching between 【mode 1】 and 【mode 2】, the OBD adapter must be unplugged and reinserted once, otherwise the mode switching will not working.
Specific steps: 1. Pull out the ODB adapter. 2. Switch to the mode that you want. 3. Reinsert the OBD adapter

Working Mode:
Mode “O”:
ACC mode, when your car ACC is off, the OBD power cable will also power off after 5 minutes.
Mode “— ”:
Surveillance mode, when you car ACC is off, the OBD power cable will keep working until detecting the car battery voltage is at 11.6V(low voltage),it will power off after 30 seconds.
The low voltage protection for mode “—” protect your car from running out the battery, enable you have enough voltage to start the car for next driving.
Attention:
1.If you leave your car for many days no driving without surveillance purpose, we suggest you to set the working mode in ACC mode “O”.Cars battery will run out day by day because your dashcamera are consuming power all the time in surveillance mode “-”.
2.From our clients feedback,the cable work well with most of the European cars, but DON NOT with most Chevy or GM vehicles,and some Japanese models,as these vehicles may use different OBD definitions,it may cause your dashboard warnings,please see our incompatible list in last photo.
3.Our OBD2 definition is " pin4 for ground, pin5 for signal,pin16 for power supply".
