The gray USS Enterprise NCC-1701 License Plate never appeared on the Star Trek series or films. Since Star Trek did not feature any license plates, this one was created by us for the fans of the show and pays an homage to the Starship Enterprise, consisting of the correct gray color of the ship with the same font that appears on the hull of the Starship. The New York NCC 1701 License Plate is produced as seen on the Maybach from which Kaito Nakamura (played by George Takei) first appears in the television series Heroes. The NCC 1701 reference is a nod to Takei's character, Hikaru Sulu, in the original Star Trek series.
