Instructions for Making a marine animals Suncatcher Craft:
1.Place the paper outline onto the sticky side of a piece of contact paper.
2.Layer the tissue paper squares, pom poms and wiggle goodly eyes onto the contact paper.
3.Trim the excess contact paper with scissors.
4.Stick your Suncatcher onto a window and enjoy the lovely colors as the sun shines through the tissue paper!
