Fabric bundle of 42 5-inch squares from the Moonchild collection by designer Fran Gulick (Cotton and Joy) for Riley Blake Designs. Since I was young, I've had a fascination of sorts with the night sky, the bright moon and swirling stars have always called to me. Sometime last year I learned my astrological sign of Cancer also gets the name Moonchild. After reading more about it, some of my fascination made sense. This collection is an exploration of what we might encounter if we take a break from the every day and simply look up. In colors pulled straight from the sky, with sunset pinks and purples, midnight blues, and sunrise yellows. Enhanced with Gold Sparkle.
