Felt is precut and ready to use. Flannel Board is not included. Adult figures are about 4-5" tall.

Can use warm iron. Made with 100% deluxe polyester felt, not the cheap kind you get at a fabric or craft store.

Felt sticks to other felt like surfaces such as flannel, felt, some fleeces or similar type products. If you have the wall hanging type that is frequently sold on Amazon by Chinese manufactures, those are not traditional flannelboards and velcro may be needed to make this work with those.
