∮ BOLT-THRU CONSTRUCTION DESIGN∮- Each bracket has one horizontal and 2 diagonal wood braces to reduce side to side movement and can safely support up to 2400 lbs.The brackets are an unique 2 piece clamping bolt thru design. A carriage Bolt penetrates the lumber to prevent lumber from sliding inside and wobble around with legs. These brackets have a very wide angle between the legs compared to that on the marketplace so that the legs will not want to lift up when the kids are swinging.

The actual measurement of 4x6 lumber is 3.5"x5.5", and the actual measurement of 4x4 lumber is 3.5"x3.5". The brackets will fit these measurements. There is some "rough" lumber, not very commonly found, that is "nominal size", actually measuring a true 4"x4", or 4"x6", and this larger size will not fit into these brackets.
∮ CONSOLIDATED DETAILS∮- Heavy duty steel, each bracket weights 11 pounds. 16 pre-drilled holes for easy and accurate placement of lag bolts. Bracket Hardware is now INCLUDED.
