Ideal Seam Allowance for Quilting: The Seam Guide Setter automatically aligns the Guide at a Scant ¼” from your needle to compensate for the thread and fold. This means that when you press your seams flat, they will be a full 1/4”, resulting in perfectly accurate finished sizes every time.
Compatibility: Our Seam Guide Setter is compatible with any sewing machine. A useful tip is to use the Steam Guides as is on side or bottom loading machines. For top-loading machines, cut them in half at the point where your cover opens. This eliminates the need to remove the Guide each time you need to reload your bobbin.
