This paper is manufactured by Deleter in Japan, specifically for Comic Manga Illustrators.

This is also known as the Kent paper version of Deleter Type-B paper.

Kent paper is smoother than Deleter regular comic book paper and has a slightly blue-white tint to it. It is a more "professional" type of paper.

A4 size is often used for "Doujinshi" and/or self publishing.
