1. The charger doesn't fit your device, please kindly tell us your device's brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.

2. Your battery is broken. As lead acid battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken. In this situation, the charger LED will show green.

3. Our charger is defective, in this case, please inform us, we will make a full refund or send a replacement.
