Special Features

  • The foot was designed by a quilter for quilters as an aid to obtain consistent 1/4" seam allowance. The both edge are 1/4" from the center needle position, which gives you an exact 1/4" seam allowance. This foot is notched 1/4" in front of and behind needle center as a reference for starting, stopping and pivoting. The machine must be in the straight stitch, center needle position. As with any straight stitch foot, the needle may break if left in the zigzag position.
