2.Please kindly confirm whether the light of usb cable is light on when you are charging the snake
3.kindly confirm that the remote control is in the power (powered by 3pcs button-cell batteries) when you use it to control the snake
4.The most important is the on-frequency operation: You can choose the A or B or C channel, and press the forward button on the frequency

If the Snake Move in a Circle:
When the snake is moving forward, press the left and right buttons at the same time until the indicator light stays on for more than 3 seconds
In this situation, press in the opposite direction until it runs straight, press the forward button for 3 seconds to cancel
