Alumicolor's Architect Joist/Truss Scales are accurate, quality 4 bevel scales that will be a BIG hit with architects, builders, roofers, framers and lumber yards. Use the (1”, 1/2”) scales for measuring large scale drafting plans. The (3/16”, 3/32”) scales are used more frequently for measuring reduced plans. Both versions come with (1/4”, 1/8”) scales. All Alumicolor products are made from the highest quality extruded aluminum. The extrusion process creates rulers and scales with smooth edges to exact specifications. The Alumicolor photo anodizing process makes the finish, the color and the calibrations a permanent part of the aluminum. Calibrations are resistant to cleaners or solvents. The anodizing process also means no ticks, raised surfaces or grooves to interfere with the creation of accurate plans, drawings and other precision work. Available in 6 inch and 12 inch sizes.
