To ensure minimal yellowing, sunflower oil is preferred to the darker linseed oil in light shades. The drying time is over all shades on average 2 to 4 days with a thin brush stroke. Tip: a pre-treated painting base is best suited to insulating due to its primer. This prevents the binding agent from being absorbed and the colour loses its shine.
