All you do is: (1) slice or roll out a slab of clay, (2) cut it to the correct size (don't forget clay shrinks in the fire), (3) Dry each tile flat (4) Bisque fire your tiles and (5) you're ready to go! Bisque fired tiles have the additional benefit that they will naturally separate from the pot as they dry, rather than having to be wired off.
