Superbly crafted of specially-selected japanese steel, these crocodile shears are vacuum-forged and ice-tempered to produce an ultra-sharp and long-lasting cutting edge. The extra-fine, hollow-ground blades are hand-honed on both the inside and outside edges. The silky smooth action makes them perfect for finishing and light work. Not recommended for all-purpose use. Compact screw/bushing adjustment provides exact tolerances to ensure correct screw tension is maintained. Each shear comes with a black mock crocodile tri-fold case with a magnetic closure. Measures 8-1/2-inch length and 3-3/4-inch blades, 5/8-inch by 3/4-inch finger hole, 3/4-inch by 7/8-inch thumb(without guard).
