- Marathon and long runs
- Surfing and boarding
- Yard work and other physical labor
- Any activity that causes nipple chafing
- Wearing thin or tight clothes

PRECAUTIONS
Do not reuse the product after being attached for the first time.
After using the product, if you see any red spots or abnormalities such as itching, please discontinue use and consult your dermatologist.
Use after wiping off moisture from your skin.
It does not adhere to skin that has been applied with lotion or oil.

HOW TO USE
1. Clean around the nipple and make dry (remove the hair before using the band)
2. Remove the band from the film.
3. Place the band on your nipple for 3 ~ 5 seconds to attach easily
