Crystal Grid Altar Tile, Metatron’s Cube, Sacred Geometry,Wiccan Ceremony, Pagan Rituals,Meditation, Manifestation, Ancient Magic Practice, Art Display (5.9" (15cm), Wheel of the Year (Triquetra))
The septagram, or heptagram, is based on ancient Hermetic and Pagan teachings. Modern occultists use it to work with the celestial bodies. In Wiccan teachings, it is the Faery or Elven Star. In a Judeo-Christian context, it represents the seven days of creation and all life's creations.
Seven is a magical number; there are seven colours within white light, seven days of the week, seven notes in the scale, seven hermetic laws, and seven planets visible to the eye. Each peak is associated with a specific god, goddess, a 'deathless star', a creative force.
Grid measures appx. 3.9" or 10cm and is lasered on natural slate, measuring to the outer edges of the board. Matte, non-coated finish.
Water and heat resistant. Candles can be placed on the stone. Food-contact safe. Easy to clean and move around. Will look even better as it ages. Can stand in practice as the earth element.
These slate tiles are not coated with anything, and have a natural, matte look. They may some chalky white residue that can be washed off. If you prefer the usual glossy look, you can coat them with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Description
These slate boards are not coated with any kind of resin, oil or wax, therefore they will have chalky white marks on them. You can easily wipe or clean off most of these imperfections with water or a damp cloth. If you prefer, you can prevent these marks by applying a very light layer of any kind of vegetable oil. Many prefer the darker, slightly glossy look it gives the slate boards.
As they are used the imperfections will give an aged, ancient look to the boards.
