Ultra Slings are made to create an endless loop on the trunk of a tree or around limbs by inserting an end though spliced pockets in the line. The simple and elegant design of this sling makes common sense terminations easy and efficient.
Along with the rigging options presented by the sling, this girth hitch line is made with a Custom Pelican Rope Works Tuff Coat Urethane Coating to provide additional protection against wear and tear.
This setup is ideal for tree anchors, ultra slinging, girth hitching, knot free adjustments, heavy tree rigging, negative blocking, tree felling, redirections, and arborist terminations without the need for portawraps. Ultra Slings are preferred by many tree workers over Loopie Slings and Whoopie slings as they are quick, easy, and require minimum stress and training for groundsmen.
