Mezuzah is a talisman of the home and placed on the doorpost at the entrance. The text for the mezuzah written with special ink which in Hebrew is called "Dieu".The recipe for their production is transferred from generation to generation and was received by Moshe (Moses) from God on Mount Sinai. Strengthening the mezuzah on the doorpost , a Jew enlists Divine protection.
