The balloons included can be used to make both small and large ice lanterns when used with either a Wintercraft Reusable Balloon-Shaping Freezing Base (small) or (large). Just follow the directions in the Wintercraft kits to make stunning globe ice luminaries!

One Easy-Close Balloon Clips are also included in every pack. Instructions, Reusable Balloon-Shaping Freezing Base, Insulating Disks are NOT included. Color may vary. Balloons are made of Natural Rubber Latex which may cause allergic reaction. Adult supervision required.
