Any irregularities in your work of art from Glassmasters are inherent in the nature of fine stained glass. Streaking, bubbling, and striations are characteristic of the hand-rolling process used by glassmakers in the Middle Ages. After the enamels are applied to the glass, they are kiln-fired to become one with the glass. Because the colors are part of the glass, your Glassmasters stained glass has a lifetime warranty against fading and discoloration. The stained glass may be cleaned with any mild cleaning solution that does not contain any abrasives or acid. Use a soft cloth to dry and polish the surface.
