1.Using a measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist to where the two ends touch and there isn't any slack. Does not need to be so tight that it cuts off your circulation, but just a true wrist size without any slack.
2. Order this exact size when checking out. Please note that if you are in-between sizes, round down to the nearest size. Do not add any slack measurements or it will end up being way too large.
