Installation steps:
1. Remove the blind from the window and lay it on a flat surface.
2. Remove any end stiffeners that are pressed into both sides at the end of the headrail with the pliers.
3. Slide the metal rod out of the gear from the previous wand tilt mechanism.
4. Slightly spread the headrail to remove the tilter from the headrail.
5. Install the tilter by seating the tilter and then slide the metal rod through the center gear hole.
6. Put end stiffeners back on, attach wand and then hang up the window blind.
