How to replace the flint?
Pull the lighter out of the case. On the bottom of the lighter is a flathead screw.
Take out the screw. A spring and plunger is attached to the screw.
Drop the flint into the threaded hole and reinsert the plunger behind it.
Tighten screw firmly back into place. Put the lighter back into it's case.
Done!

Tips:
It is suggested that after the new flint stone is insert in. Rotate the flint wheel multiple times as usual to make it spin smoothly.
In case the wheel is stuck, adjust the flint spring slightly clockwise or unclockwise by screwing the screw brass lid so that it goes smoothly.
If adjusting the spring doesn't work, rotate the flint wheel unclockwise first and then quickly clockwise for a few times and you will be good to go.
