As an accessory to your Dynabrade abrasive belt tool, it serves as the ideal option for surface conditioning, decorative finishing, light/heavy cleaning, blending, polishing, and removing corrosion or paint. This DynaBrite Premium belt measures at 1" (25 mm) wide x 18" (457 mm) long. It features a medium grit/grade, durable cloth mesh backing that provides longer belt life, and material that's impregnated with an aggressive abrasive grain and smear-resistant resin. The tough reinforced non-woven nylon of this belt is coated throughout with high-performance aluminum oxide. Aluminum oxide is tough and known for its high speed penetration of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, tough bronze and hard wood without excessive fracturing of the grain.
