The trick to use it:
1. The index finger goes through the ring first, then the index finger and thumb hold the rotating part that connects the ring. It can prevent splashing your hand and the tank.
2. Tilt the container ~45 degrees downwards.
3. Rotate the striker so that the striker sticks to the flint bar ~30 degrees.
4. Strike it.

Notes of caution:
1. For safety regulations, this permanent is sold and shipped without fluid. Please fill with lighter fluid before first use.
2. Make sure to extinguish all sparks on the match before reinserting.
3. Do not overfill the container with fuel, as there will be an overflow when inserting the match.
