-A suitable size collet needs to be selected for the cutting blade. A collet that is not round enough in cross-section, that is worn out or that has a tapered inner hole cannot provide sufficient clamping force. The collet must be replaced immediately, otherwise damage will occur. The tool handle will vibrate and fly. Loosen or twist.
-Keep blades clean and remove dirt, wood sap and other buildup with industry standard solvents.
-Bearings that do not rotate smoothly should be replaced immediately. Damaged screw caps, screws and washers should be replaced in time.
